Contact and account information: Name, email address, and business name when you sign up for our email list, purchase a product, complete an intake form, or reach out to us directly.
Purchase information: When you buy a product or service, your payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal via ThriveCart. In connection with your purchase, ThriveCart may collect and store your name, email address, and billing or mailing address. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or bank account information. ThriveCart, Stripe, and PayPal have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment data.
Audit and intake questionnaire responses: When you purchase The Presence Report or other audit or strategy services, you complete a detailed intake form. This may include information about your business, marketing goals, platforms, budget, and other business-specific details. This information is used solely to complete your deliverable.
Coaching and consulting information: Information you share during coaching sessions, consulting engagements, or related communications.

ChatGPT / Custom GPT Tools: We offer a custom GPT tool for ad copy generation. Users provide a public product URL for the tool to work with. No personally identifiable information is required or solicited through this tool. OpenAI's privacy policy governs interactions with their platform.
Claude AI (Anthropic): We use Claude, an AI tool developed by Anthropic, to assist in the analysis and preparation of service deliverables — including audit reports, strategy documents, and similar outputs. Business information you provide through intake questionnaires or consulting engagements may be processed using Claude to help generate your deliverable. We do not submit your personal data to Anthropic for AI model training purposes, and we handle all information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
